Organization Structure

Leadership Framework

At the apex of our organization stands the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), responsible for the company's overall strategic vision, leadership, and sustainability. Supporting the CEO is a highly capable Chief Operating Officer (COO) and the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Working alongside them are specialized executives and managers who bring depth and focus to every area of the business.

Chief Operation Officer

Oversees day-to-day operations, ensuring that every project runs with precision and alignment to our mission and values. The COO manages project execution, site supervision, and performance delivery across all construction phases.

Chief Financial Officer

Works closely with an appointed firm of independent auditors, who verify the company’s financial books on a quarterly basis, as well as with the construction funding team. The CFO provides expert financial advice to the executive team while liaising with managerial staff on financial matters.

Commercial Manager

Oversees project budgets, contracts, and cost control to ensure financial integrity and maximum client value.

Human Capital

Implements company policies and procedures, including staff development and wellness, by equipping employees with the knowledge and skills required to remain competitive in the industry. It is our policy to empower individuals through personal involvement, active encouragement, and sponsorship of further training.

SHE Coordinator (Safety, Health & Environment)

Ensures strict adherence to safety regulations, environmental standards, and employee wellness protocols.

Meet The Chief Executive Officer

At the helm of Silo Construction SA stands Mr. Sifiso Mbuyazi, a visionary entrepreneur, strategist, and community builder whose leadership has guided the company from inception to its place among South Africa’s reputable infrastructure development and civils organizations. He holds a Bcom in business management and public administration, including an NQF Level 5 national diploma in management of building construction processes.

With 20 years of executive management experience across construction, retail, and media sectors, Mr. Mbuyazi brings to the organization a rare combination of technical insight, business acumen, and deep social awareness. Rooted in strong ambition, resilience, and foresight, his journey with Silo Construction SA reflects an unwavering belief: business should serve a greater purpose — to uplift people and transform communities.

As founder and chief executive officer, he is responsible for steering the company’s strategic direction, stakeholder relations, and organizational development.

Mr. Mbuyazi’s philosophy is simple: progress is sustainable only when grounded in the principles of integrity, teamwork, and resilience. This philosophy informs every aspect of Silo Construction SA’s operations—from its people-first culture and safety-driven practices to its partnerships with Government, developers, private clients, and communities.

Social Responsibility

Mnotho Will Foundation is a subsidiary non-profit division of Silo Construction SA. It is through the implementation of infrastructure projects, mainly in the historically disadvantaged areas of our communities that a non-profit entity was established to assist communities in which Silo Construction SA projects are implemented long after the projects have been completed.

Silo Construction SA ploughs back to the communities in which it’s projects are implemented. This is done by adopting learners from schools based in areas where the organizations projects are implemented.

Contrary to the corporate trend of creating a social responsibility division within Silo Construction SA, a conscious decision was taken to establish a section 21 company because a standalone organization is more effective and able to focus on the depth rather than the breadth of the organization’s impact.

The foundation is strategic to the principle of development and investing in communities, therefore through the Mnotho Will Foundation we are able to entirely focus on community development programmes.
